RACK BAR SUPPORTING DEVICE OF STEERING SYSTEM FOR VEHCILE

PURPOSE: A rack bar supporting device of a steering system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the rotation of a rack bar by mounting a plurality of the rack bar supporting devices that are installed to the rear to support the rack bar to a pinion and secure the compactification of the rack bar supporting device. CONSTITUTION: A steering system for a vehicle is composed of a pinion shaft(110) formed with a pinion gear(111) on an outer peripheral surface and mounted in a housing(102); a rack bar(120) arranged in the housing to cross the pinion shaft and formed with a rack gear(121) at the middle side to engage with the pinion gear; and a rack bar supporting device(130) disposed to the rear of the rack bar to elastically support the rack bar to the pinion. The rack bar supporting device is formed to the plural number to diversify supporting directions and forces of supporting the rack bar.
