PURPOSE: A heating and hot water supply gas boiler is provided to improve the thermal efficiency by installing heating pipes at a flame chamber and an upper vertical flue. CONSTITUTION: A heating and hot water supply gas boiler is composed of a flame chamber(13) having a burner(11), a plurality of smoke tubes(15), heating pipes(16) surrounding the smoke tubes, a smoke outlet(17), and a boiler main body(20). The lower heating pipes(16') are installed along the inner surface of the flame chamber(13). The upper end of the lower heating pipe of the flame chamber is connected to the upper end of the heating pipe of the smoke tube. The lower end of the heating pipe of the smoke tube is connected to the lower end of the lower heating pipe of the flame chamber. The heating/hot water from a heating/hot water recovery pipe is heat-exchanged around the flame chamber and smoke tubes.
