PURPOSE: An infrared sensing device is provided to easily obtain only an image signal from an output signal of each pixel detector regarding a target image without a lot of hardware and complicated algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of infrared sensing devices that receive an infrared signal from the target image and outputs an electrical signal are arranged in rows and columns of the infrared sensing device. An infrared shield unit(22c) is included in the infrared sensing device to shield a part of the plurality of infrared sensing devices.
