PURPOSE: A pedal anti-operation device of a skid steering loader while traveling is provided to improve safety by preventing the operation of a boom and a bucket while traveling by locking a pedal. CONSTITUTION: In the skid steering loader installed to a car body(3) rotatively and provided with a pedal connected operatively to a control valve controlling a boom and a bucket, the pedal anti-operation device of a skid steering loader while traveling comprises: a seat bar(20) crossed over the front of a driver's seat and hinged to the car body(3) to move between the dismantling location of the front of the driver's seat and the locking location of the upper part of the driver's seat; an operating lever(40) assembled to one end of the seat bar(20); a cable(24) connected to one end of the operating level(40) to be tightened by the seat bar(20); and a locking plate opening the rotating course of the pedal by tightening the cable(24) and intercepting the rotating course of the pedal by returning the cable(24) to the original location.
