PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional molding plate receives a material on the top and therefore, a hot plate comes into contact with the surface of the material from above, when it is heated and pressurized by the hot plate and consequently, part of the material melts sticking to the hot plate. SOLUTION: The molding plate comprises a lower molding plate 12 which allows the material M for a fiber-reinforced resin sheet to be freely placed on the plate and an upper molding plate 14 which can be freely placed on said material M deposited on the plate 12.
