PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape with good transparency, adhesion and peelability and excellent in resistance to humidity. SOLUTION: The cover tape comprises a base layer 31 made of a polyethylene terephthalate, an intermediate layer 32 made of a low-density polyethylene, an adhesion reinforcing layer 41 stacked thereon formed of a polyurethane based resin with polyethylene wax added and an adhesive layer 42 formed of an acrylic resin with the polyethylene wax added.
