PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-environment-polluting aqueous coating material composition for an inorganic building material which forms a coating film excellent in efflorescence resistance, water resistance, water permeation resistance, moisture permeation resistance, blocking resistance, and the like, and to provide a coated inorganic building material board obtained by applying the aqueous coating material composition for the inorganic building material on the surface of an inorganic building material. SOLUTION: The aqueous coating material composition for the inorganic building material comprises a resin aqueous solution (A) and, incorporated thereinto, at least one aqueous water-repellent (B) selected among an aqueous dispersion of wax, an aqueous dispersion of an alkylalkoxysilane compound and an aqueous dispersion of a condensate of the alkylalkoxysilane compound.
