PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corset belt having a structure devised so that even an arm power-grasping power weak person can easily and surely join the belt still in a state of surely holding a fastening state of a waist-back part while easily pulling fastening belts. SOLUTION: A corset belt body 1 is pulled by inserting hands into inserting parts 3b of the folded-back inside of left and right free end parts of the fastening belts 3 and 3 in a state of being installed on the human body, and a fixing part of surface fastener pieces 4 is pressed to the human body side in a superposed shape by a palm in a state of inserting the hands into the inserting parts 3b, and is detachably joined to surface fastener parts 22 arranged on an outside surface of the corset belt body 1.
