PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power transmission liquid containing an additive having enhanced extreme pressure lubricating performances and being capable of meeting the recent severe requirements for lubricants. SOLUTION: The power transmission liquid is the one containing a novel abrasion-resistant additive prepared by reacting elementary sulfur with a dialkyl phosphite in the presence of a specified acylated amine compound; an ashless dispersant; a friction modifier; an antioxidant; and a viscosity improver.
