<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving simple water-feeding/draining structure which can be comparatively easily and additionally installed so that the contamination of the hand can be washed right after cleaning the excretory organ in order to eliminate the problem that hand washing in a toilet is done to clean the contamination of the fingers at the time of cleaning the excretory organ with toilet paper, or the like, however, under a bent state while using the toilet or under a sitting state on a toilet seat, hand washing cannot be performed under a current equipment status, and a user stands up with dirty hands after the cleaning, puts on cloths and a belt, changes his direction, and washes the hands by extending the arms in many cases. <P>SOLUTION: By this finger tip-washing structure, mainly, the finger tips are washed by one hand without rubbing both hands. Therefore, the finger tip-washing structure becomes simple and, space-saving can be realized, and the above problem can be solved by its introduction. For the realization, the water-feeding/draining structure is compactly integrated, and a dedicated cloth bag is fitted on a water-discharging part, and the water discharging part is filled with running water.
