<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which game performance is improved by continuously playing a game. <P>SOLUTION: A stock discharge counter 13o is provided separately from a big win pattern counter 13d for determining patterns to be displayed on an LCD 3 when a big win occurs, and when the big win occurs, game value of the big win is determined in accordance with the value of the stock discharge counter 13o acquired by winning a start prize. Therefore, when the big win occurs, the game value of the big win is determined regardless of the patterns displayed on the LCD 3, namely, it is determined whether the big win is to be held, the big win is to be applied and the held big win is to be applied or a single big win is to be applied.
