PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an anastomosing part and a constriction part by physically enlarging a narrow communication hole by eliminating an outer peripheral edge part around the narrow communication hole (humped hole) of the anastomosing part and the constriction part by a method except for surgical operation. SOLUTION: This organ anastomosing device comprises a flexible guide wire 4 inserted into the organ, a first disk-shaped magnet 2 having a lateral hole 2b for slidably inserting the guide wire, a tube 3 in which the first magnet 2 is pressed in a state of inserting the guide wire into the lateral hole, a string 5 attached to a central part of an axial one end face of the first magnet, and a second magnet 6 having a through hole for inserting the string.
