PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving part of an electric toy which can inexpensively and easily be manufactured and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A contact is provided on the side of a battery box, a motor is arranged so that the terminal of a motor means contact with the contact, the motor is covered with an elastic cover capable of biasing the motor in the direction of the battery box and fixed to the battery box, and the contact and the terminal are connected with each other with elastic force, and thus the driving part of the electric toy is manufactured. Consequently, fitting of the motor to the battery box and the consequent wiring are quickly completed by only simple work of placing the motor on the battery box and covering it without soldering.
