<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean milk-coagulated food having an extremely new texture and comprising soybean milk and dried bean curd present together. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean milk-coagulated food is obtained by coagulating the soybean milk. The dried bean curd 2 is provided in a sticking state on the surface of the bean curd 1.
