PURPOSE: To obtain a heat sink integrated with a fan motor for cooling a heating device in a housing, e.g. a personal computer, effectively. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink 1 has a lower surface to the outer part thereof a heating device can touch. A fan 2 and a dive motor 3 therefor are disposed in the heat sink 1. A cover 11 is applied to the upper surface of the heat sink 1, an opening 12 is made above the fan 2 and the motor 3 and an opening 13 is made in the side face only in one direction. The air is sucked through the opening 12 and passed through heat dissipation fins arranged around the tan 2 in the heat sink 1 to introduce the air to the opening 13 before being discharged through the opening 13. |
