FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transplanting vasculo-tissular complex and performing plastic repair of ulnar artery defect. Microsurgical epineural suture of the ulnar nerve is applied. The ulnar neurovascular fascicle is formed by suturing tissue complex around the nerve as muff or half-muff allover the whole epineurium overlapping the vascular anastomoses zone. EFFECT: restored anatomical integrity of the ulnar nerve; avoided nerve injuries due cicatrisation process.
