PURPOSE: A device for folding a post of the road and park facilities is provided to bias lay down the post at a predetermined angle, make a beautiful appearance and save manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: In a post(20) mounted to an anchor bolt(60), which is installed to the ground by pouring concrete(50), by a sub(30) to fold, a device for folding the post of the road and park facilities is composed of a cylinder-shaped base member(10) having an inner wall(11) inwardly formed at a predetermined width in a rectilinear shape at the side and a folding space unit(12) formed outward, and holding the sub on the upside; the upper end of the inner wall connected in the sub by a hinge(40); a floor slab(14) of the base member combined and installed to the anchor bolt.
