PURPOSE: A remote access wireless memory device with a standard interface scheme is provided to connect various information devices, such as a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), a mobile phone, and an MP3(MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) layer 3) player, to an external expanding storing device by wireless. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth unit(10) and a memory unit(50) connect to a hub unit(40). A CPU(70) controls the Bluetooth unit(10) and the memory unit(50). A charging unit(20) charges a power inputted from a USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector unit(10). A battery(25) is controlled by the charging unit(20). A switch(30) supplies or blocks the charging voltage from the battery(25). The switch(30) selects the power inputted from the USB connector unit(10) or the charging voltage from the battery(25).
