PURPOSE: A device for preventing vibration of an optical disk driver is provided to secure the sufficient thickness of a third anti-vibration part even if the third anti-vibration part is transformed in the case of vertically installing the optical disk driver. CONSTITUTION: A main base(400) is provided. A sled base(410) is provided to fix an electric equipment part of an optical disk drive installed on the main base. A boss(403) is formed at the main base at a height lower than an installation height of the sled base. A plurality of anti-vibration rubbers(420) are fixed on the boss by a screw(430) and are placed between the main base and the sled base for buffing vibration. Each anti-vibration rubber includes a first anti-vibration part(423) curved to the outside and placed between the main base and the sled base, a second anti-vibration part(425) bent to the outside and placed between the screws and the sled base, and a third anti-vibration part(427) inserted into a through-hole(411) of the sled base and reinforced in thickness as much as the thickness of the boss.
