<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically devise a mixing process plan and a raw material ordering plan in consideration with the number of operation-possible man-hours of workers and the difference between operation dates of the first mixing process and second mixing process. <P>SOLUTION: An operation man-hour storing means 11 which stores the operation man-hour of each worker and data on facility capabilities in the first mixing process; a molding plan storing means 12 which stores a molding plan with a molding machine; a first day required quantity computing means 13, which computes the required quantity for the first day of each component raw material based on the molding plan stored in the molding plan storing means 12 and the constitution rate of the various component raw materials; and a first mixing process plan devising means 14 which devises the process plan of the first mixing process, based on required quantities by day of the raw materials used in the production of common raw materials among the component raw materials computed by the first day required quantity computing means 13, the man-hour of each worker stored in the operation man-hour storing means 11 and the facility capabilities, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
