摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for a secondary battery allowing reuse of secondary batteries by extracting only those which satisfy the required performance of devices at the time of reuse. SOLUTION: Specifications K of a target secondary battery are tabulated and input to a PC of an inspection line in advance. In a step S3, a required capacity C and a maximum storage period S for a device are input to the PC. A recovered secondary battery is recharged (step S14), and the battery capacity A is estimated from the charge capacity (step S15). The PC determines whether the secondary battery is reusable or not, based on whether the estimated battery capacity A is equal to or greater than the sum of the required capacity C and a maximum self-discharge amount D (step S6). The maximum self-discharge amount D is determined by the PC from the required capacity C and the maximum storage period S of the device that have been input to the PC with reference to the table K.
