PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with built-in electronic control unit to facilitate mounting work to a vehicle and strong against twisting, bending and vibration. SOLUTION: This connector with built-in electronic control unit is furnished with an electronic control unit 23 obtain by forming an electronic circuit on a flexible printed board 22 having flexibility, a slender and cylindrical case 24 storing the electronic control unit 23 and having flexibility, a unit side connector part 25 supported on both sides of the case 24 free to rotate and connected to a female connector part 21 on the side of a wire harness WH and a flexible flat cable 26 to respectively and electrically connect each of the unit side connector part 25 and the electronic control unit 23 to each other.
