PURPOSE: A device for integrating the peripheral multimedia devices of a computer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to use space maximally, to minimize cables or wires around the computer, and to give convenience to users by carrying out a schedule function and an e-mail check function through one product while freely moving a position of a camera or a microphone. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a plastic molding base, a corrugated pipe, a fixing nut for fixing the corrugated pipe, a connecting part for connecting a video camera and a condenser microphone, an electronic amplifier, and a power switch. The corrugated pipe enables the user to freely fit the position of the video camera and the condenser microphone to the height of an eye and a mouse of the user.
