<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a combination of a conventional CAD/CAM device and an NC control machining device, where the design of an article by the CAD device and the preparation of a machining condition and an NC machining program by the CAM device are performed for the design and an NC control machining based on the design in order to manufacture the article. <P>SOLUTION: This device consists of a three-dimensional CAD device to generate three-dimensional design CAD data having at least shape information, position information and accuracy information for the given article, and an NC control machining device equipped with a CNC control device of multiple axes having three axes or more. The CNC control device comprises an analysis device for the generated three-dimensional CAD data to be input, and a machining condition and NC program automatic preparation device to prepare an NC machining program from the analyzed three-dimensional CAD data and a database of the machining condition and the NC program, and performs the NC control machining for the desired article based on the three-dimensional CAD data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
