<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology associated with a distortion compensated power amplifier in which a desired transmission signal is outputted in a short period of time and power consumption is reduced in a radio communication device using the distortion compensated power amplifier to be used for a linear transmitter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Compensation data 121 of a power amplifier 101 under operating are written in a data hold part 120 as write compensation data 121, a power amplifier 102 under stopping acquires the data as read compensation data 122 and performs the distortion compensating operation by using the data together its own compensation data. At such a time, the power amplifier 102 under stopping is energized in the state of no input signal, and the distortion is compensated together in a short period of time.
