PURPOSE: An apparatus for recording a voice or speech and automatically reproducing the same is provided to protect children and disabled person from an accident or disaster by repeatedly reproducing the stored contents to a subject accessing a specific place. CONSTITUTION: A recording and automatic reproducing apparatus(1) includes an infrared transmitting and receiving sensor for sensing a subject. If the sensor senses an access of the subject, the recording and automatic reproducing apparatus automatically repeats the stored contents. The sensor emits an infrared ray having a specific frequency for transmitting infrared data to a receiver(3) for reproducing the corresponding contents.
