<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morpheme analysis device capable of improving of the precision of a morpheme analysis result or shortening an analysis processing time without applying any burden to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The morpheme analysis device is provided with: an analysis execution time data storage means for storing a plurality of analysis execution time data being set data including at least a partial character string constituted of the prescribed number of characters appearing in natural language sentences and the absolute or relative frequency information; and a morpheme analysis means for executing morpheme analysis by referring to the storage contents of the analysis execution time data storage means for an unknown text.
