PURPOSE: An apparatus for grinding and refining fine powdery material is provided to improve working efficiency, reduce dimension of the apparatus to lead easy determination of place for installation of the apparatus, eliminate generation of noise, and prevent scattering of dust during work. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hopper(1); an introduction port(4) for raw material; a cylindrical receipt space for carrying the ground raw material; a transfer passage(7) to guide the raw material into a grinding barrel; a vibrational device(8) with a coupling structure to transport the raw material; a transfer screw with a coupling pin(9C) to transport the raw material into the grinding barrel; the grinding barrel having blade pieces(10B) to screen the raw material through a mesh; a crushing device(11) for breaking the raw material and integrated to a supporting plate(13); a raw material guiding blade(14) to guide the raw material toward peripheral area; a cover part(15) to selectively open/close entrance of the receipt space(5); a magnetic body(16) to separate and filtrate metallic impurities from the ground raw material.
