PURPOSE: A form for structures is provided to easily produce in a low price, form a perfect circle by curing the structure with load identical to four directions, expand the life span of the structure and remove a plastering process by smoothing the surface. CONSTITUTION: At least two unit bodies(10) made from sheets having excellent elastic restoring force are bent and combined to have a combining joint surface(12a) at the outside by bending both ends(12) of the unit body at a predetermined area and angle. A cylindrical combination body(1) is formed by bending a plate unit(11) to the opposite direction of the bent direction of the both ends, mutually confronting the combining joint surface, and elastically combining the combining joint surface with a predetermined combining device(13).
