PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric corrosion between a connection terminal fitting and a wire included in a connection terminal device, or degradation and plating damage of a wire welding part by a waterproof part, and to prevent the waterproof part from interfering with an electrode when the connection terminal device is attached to the electrode. SOLUTION: This connection terminal device is provided with: an electrode- fixed part fixed to the electrode on one surface side of a wire connection part; the wire connection part connected to the electrode-fixed part; the waterproof part covering the wire connection part along with the wire and having a predetermined thickness on the one surface side of the wire connection part; and a step part formed between the electrode-fixed part and the wire connection part for separating the wire connection part toward the other surface side of the wire terminal fitting by the thickness of the waterproof part or more. The waterproof part prevents the electric corrosion, the degradation of the welding part and the like, and the step part prevent the waterproof part from interfering with the electrode itself or the electrode side.
