PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of electric connection. SOLUTION: A power source breaker 1 comprises a housing 4 composed of a top cover 2 and a main body of the power source breaker 3, a power source side bus bar 20 having a first connection part 10, a load side bus bar 21 having a second connection part 11, a plug 5 connected to these connection parts 10 and 11 to short-circuit the bus bars 20 and 21, and a magnetic field generating part 15 which generates a magnetic field for controlling the locus of an arc discharge generated when the connection parts 10 and 11 are shorted/ opened. Both connection parts 10 and 11 have arc absorbers 12 and 13, respectively, connected to the plug 5. Since the loci of the arcs generated between the plug 5 and the arc absorbers 12 and 13 are bent by the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating part 15, the influence from the arc discharge is reduced.
