<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate limitation of the number of connection of computers, to facilitate setting work of a management software, and to enable the change of a machining schedule at the computer side, by a method managing with a plurality of computers for a plurality of NC machine tools equipped with an NC (numerical control) device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of NC devices of machine tools as object of management are connected to a server. The server manages management data for all connected NC devices and history data all together. The display of the data of each machine tool managed by the server or the update screen is published on a network, and the management of an arbitrary machine tool is enabled by accessing from a client connected to the network to the public screen to change the management data on the server. Also, the change of the machining schedule of the machine tool is enabled at the client side by including a schedule screen into the public screen to change the data of the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
