<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a search and a leak of identification number for registration by people except for members in a member operation terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When a result of check of the member number transmitted from a member data server 50 shows coincidence of the member number for registration with the member number for check, a system control unit 29-10 of a control means 29 of the member operation terminal 20 obtains a random number from a random number generating means 32, and refers a key arrangement display table stored in a memory means 30 to select an arrangement pattern of one identification number input key corresponding to the obtained random number. A key arrangement data related to the arrangement pattern of the one identification number input key is taken out of the memory means 30, and transmitted to the display control unit 29-1.
