PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of maintaining a heating roller temperature even in a length direction and a fixing device capable of getting a high-quality fixation by the adoption of the heating device. SOLUTION: With the heating device giving a heated material a heat treatment by pinching it between a fixing roller and a pressing roller on a conveyor, the relation of size between an outer diameter at a center part in a length direction and an outer diameter at an end part of the heating roller pressure contacted to an outer heating roller or a pressure roller is of a negative relation with that between an outer diameter at a center part in a length direction and an outer diameter at an end part of the outer heating roller.
