<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an airport officer to visually easily perform the individual confirmation of an airplane passenger in international airlines. <P>SOLUTION: In this passport owner confirmation device and system in an international airport, the full-length photographic image of a leaving person is taken in departure examination, and the taken image is stored in association with its passport number.
