PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information database registration system for efficiently realizing the registration of personal information extracted from electronic mail in a database en bloc. SOLUTION: In a personal information database registration system using a personal information database registering device connected to the mail server of an electronic mail system, the personal information of a user is extracted from an electronic mail transmitted from the user of a mail client terminal housed in a mail server so that the personal information of the users of all the mail client terminals housed in the mail server can be managed en bloc.
