LEAD FRAME TRIMMING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A lead frame trimming system is provided to be capable of sequentially operating equipments corresponding to each process for continuously carrying out a series of processes from a lead frame loading process to a lead frame trimming process. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame trimming system(200) is provided with a loading/transferring part(210) for loading and transferring a lead frame and a trimming part(220) for trimming the lead frame. The loading/transferring part includes a magazine(22), an upper rail(25), a lower rail, a lower rail guiding part, an insert bar guide rail, an insert bar(31) for transferring the lead frame, a picker(24) for loading the lead frame, and a cylinder for moving the picker up and down and supporting the picker. The trimming part includes a pedestal(38) supported by a die support part(40) and a die(39) connected with the pedestal for trimming the lead frame.
