PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise assemblage of a cover at an inner rotor, to eliminate a damage of a permanent magnet or the cover and to sufficiently secure a magnetic force generated from the magnet via a nonmagnetic cover. SOLUTION: A brushless motor comprises the inner rotor 75 having a plurality of stripes of permanent magnets 84 and associated in a cylindrical outer stator. In this motor, gaps 97 are provided between the plurality of the stripes of the magnets. The motor further comprises gussets 85c entering into a plurality of the gaps to coat the cover 85 made of the nonmagnetic material of a thin cylindrical shape which can be radially enlarged on the plurality of the stripes of the magnets.
