PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain significant reduction in an excess burden applied to a motor, a simple construction and a low cost. SOLUTION: There are provided plates 15, 17 and 19, the motor 27 for controlling the rotation of the plate 17 by gears 153, 107, and a cam mechanism for converting the rotation of the plate 17 into the moving force of the plate 19. A cam plate rotation control means of controlling a supply current to the motor 27 and rotating the plate 17 in a prescribed angular range is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
