PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting terminal for speaker by which an external input wire for voice signal input can be connected to a lead wire from a voice coil easily and reliably without forming a terminal substrate on a frame, and improvement of productivity and miniaturization of a speaker can be promoted, and to provide a speaker. SOLUTION: A positive wire and a negative wire of the voice coil 7 are led out to the outside of the frame 6 via lead wires 15, 16. In a state that the one portions of the lead wires 15, 16 are led out to the outside, end portions of the lead wires 15, 16 are fixed on the frame 6 with the end portions of the lead wires 15, 16 electrically insulated, and the lead wires 15, 16 outside the frame 6 are used as terminal members 17, 18 connected to the external input wires.
