PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular telephone set which can be thinned and is user friendly. SOLUTION: In the cellular telephones set in which an upper case and a lower case are connected so as to be slidable each other in an approximately parallel direction, an antenna is pulled out from the upper or lower case and is pushed into the upper or lower case together with the expansion or housing of the upper and lower cases. In this way, the antenna is pulled out or pushed in as the telephone is opened or closed, a troublesome operation and the necessity of providing a projected portion are eliminated, for a thinner cellular telephone set.
