<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load and input operation of an application work to simplify a procedure by cooperating an application designation with other specialized agencies as well as within an autonomy. <P>SOLUTION: This system and method comprises a cellular phone 12 which stores basic information of an individual 4 and accesses the autonomy through a network by use of a Web browser; and an autonomy-related procedure device 20 having an acceptance means 21 for accepting various procedures and providing information on receipt of the access, an authentication means 23 for performing individual authentication, a process database 22 for automatically retrieving a procedure process when the authentication is ended, an execution means 25 for starting the execution of a process according to the procedure process, a resident information database 28 for storing information for resident registration, seal registration, foreigner registration, national pension or national health insurance, a means 29 for outputting all necessary data by procedures from the database 28, a means 32 for starting the process of one stop service, a means 31 for displaying an application and registration state list screen, and a means 32 for issuing and mailing a certificate to an applicant after ending all pieces of processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
