Two tool holding units (16, 17) are positioned at opposite ends of the bed (1) with the table (2) for the workpiece located between them. Each of the tool holding units (16, 17) is equipped with a gearing tool either to be used for creating the teeth (9) or for the final processing (10) in order to debur the edges of the material. Both units (9, 10) are working in tune, facilitating the simultaneous execution of various steps and producing a complete meshing unit without the need to move the workpiece.
