A two-part assembly fixture consists essentially of a threaded nut (5) with side-wings, with a surrounding a bent sheet metal cruciform clasp (7, 9, 10). The initial nut geometry is esp. so selected that the wings project and lock between the side-clasp legs. When assembled with a bolt inserted into the nut and extending through the clasp, the nut is drawn into the clasp.
