PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system by which own positional information or the like is notified precisely to a plurality of arbitrary notification destinations, and to provide an information notification apparatus and an information notification method. SOLUTION: The information notification system is provided with the information notification apparatus 200 used to notify notification information including positional information on a terminal device 100 to other devices. The terminal device is provided with a positional-information acquisition means 150, a positional-information transmission means 190, and a notification-instruction transmission means 190. The information notification apparatus is provided with a notification-destination control means 270 used to store information on the other devices of a notification destination, a positional-information reception means 190, a notification-instruction reception means 210, and notification- information transmission means 220, 231, 232 used to transmit the notification information including the positional information to the other devices of the notification destination registered in the notification-destination control means.
