PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space heater wherein an exchange of a heater is simply performed by a consumer himself. SOLUTION: In the space heater, a parabola-like reflector (10) is arranged in front of a support frame (7), a protective cover (11) is detachably arranged in front of the reflector (10), a pillar (15) is vertically arranged on the support frame (7), the pillar (15) is covered with a pillar cover (16) and an approximately ring-like heater (17) is arranged on the outer peripheral part of the tip of pillar cover (16). The heater (17) is detachably arranged on the outer peripheral part of the tip of pillar cover (16) and an electric wire (22) for supplying a power to the heater (17) and an electrode terminal (21) of the heater (17) are freely attachable and detachable each other so as to exchange the heater (17) from the front side.
