PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reduction of a manufacturing time, the cost reduction and the maintenance characteristic of a conductivity sensor. SOLUTION: An electrode 112 is inserted into attachment holes 148, 150 in an holder 116, which are blocked with a cap 144 by inserting a spacer 164 into the hole 146 of the holder 116. Consequently, the enlarged diameter 118 of the electrode 112 is inserted into an enlarged hole 158 to be contacted to a bottom face 158A, and a detection part 124 is positioned in the attachment holes 148, 150. Then liquid leakage is prevented due to the inside of the hole 146 securely sealed even when inserting the detection part 124 of the electrode 112 into a treatment liquid by fitting a spacer 174 into a step formed at the bottom face 158A of the enlarged hole 158 to be compressed. Also, removing the cap 144 can take the electrode 112 in and out, and therefore maintenance of the electrode 112 such as cleaning is easily done. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
