PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing inner ring creep-detecting device capable of easily, reliably and always detecting a state in which bearing inner creep occurs. SOLUTION: The bearing inner ring creep-detecting device is provided with an inner ring rotational cycle detecting means 10 for detecting a rotational cycle of an inner ring 4, a shaft rotational cycle detecting means 11 for detecting a rotational cycle of a shaft 1, and a judgment means 12 for judging whether or not the bearing inner ring creep occurs on the basis of calculation of the rotational cycle difference which is the difference between the rotational cycle of the inner ring 4 and the rotational cycle of the shaft 1.
