PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag with a fastener which satisfies essential fitting and sealing functions or the like of fastener and also includes a more effective function resistant to ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: On the side of an opening 3 of a bag body 2 made of a transparent thermoplastic resin film formed by incorporating a combination of an organic ultraviolet light absorber and an inorganic ultraviolet light absorber consisting of an ultra-fine grain metal oxide, the fastener 4 made of a light-proof and colored synthetic resin without the ultraviolet light absorbers mixed is integrally stuck.
