<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily align a design cover with a display device. <P>SOLUTION: Equipment with a display device is provided with a display device holder 1 for holding the display device 2, a fitting base 7 to which the holder 1 is fitted and a design cover 8 having a display window 12 for turning the picture area of the display device 2 to the outside and arranged so as to cover the holder 1. The holder 1 has a plurality of engaging claws 3 to be loosely engaged with engaging holes 9 formed on the base 7 and an elastic member 4 to be pressed to the base 7 to elastically energize the holder 1 in a separating direction from the base 7.
